Slow the Aging Process and Live Healthier
Anti-Aging Clinic in Philadelphia
Cognitive decline, dementia, frailty, loss of independence, cancers, and chronic diseases can all be part of aging – but they can be slowed or reversed with anti-aging treatments. Every year, medical science makes advances, meaning living to 100 is less of a stretch if you are proactive about your health.
→ Did you know lifestyle factors significantly influence 80% of age-related decline? More than a dozen cancers and an overwhelming number of diseases are linked to just three conditions that can be modified in a relatively short period of time.
At Philly Wellness Center, helping our patients slow or reverse the effects of aging is a significant part of our practice. We take a holistic and personalized approach and aim to be the best anti-aging clinic Philadelphia offers.
When you become our patient, we’ll help you improve a range of age-related conditions like brittle bones and loss of muscle mass, and help you take steps to reduce your risk of certain types of cancer and dementia.
Modifiable Age-Related Conditions
Many age-related health concerns can be slowed or reversed with the proper anti-aging treatment for your unique needs. By addressing three key areas, we can have a wide-ranging impact on helping improve your health and chances for longevity.
Metabolic Syndrome
Improving metabolic health is essential for slowing aging by enhancing cellular function, reducing inflammation, and balancing hormones. A healthy metabolism preserves muscle, boosts energy and cognition, and lowers the risk of conditions like diabetes and heart disease. By optimizing your metabolism, you can slow both the visible and internal signs of aging, helping you feel and look younger longer.
Gut Health
Optimizing gut health is key to slowing aging, as the gut plays a vital role in overall health. A balanced gut microbiome supports digestion, nutrient absorption, and immune function while reducing inflammation. It helps boost mood and cognitive function and protects against age-related diseases like heart and autoimmune disorders. Caring for your gut can improve energy, enhance well-being, and promote graceful aging.
Hormone Deficiency
Addressing hormone deficiencies is key to slowing aging, as hormones regulate vital functions like metabolism, mood, energy, and muscle mass. With age, hormone levels naturally decline, leading to fatigue, weight gain, and reduced vitality. Restoring balance can boost metabolism, maintain strength, enhance cognition, and improve overall well-being. Correcting deficiencies helps slow aging and supports long-term health.

- GI Mapping to the guesswork out of treating autoimmune conditions
- Micronutrient testing to target which supplements will work for you
- Extensive cholesterol labs to indicate whether you need to be on medications — or not
Advanced test results help us create a health plan that is truly personalized to your needs, addressing the underlying factors that are affecting your energy, weight, mood, cognition, and more. It is as customized and personalized as medicine can be.
A Message About Longevity and Aging from Our Founder
We believe in proactive anti-aging treatment to restore and preserve your health. The foundations of health are hormone optimization, gut health, metabolic health, immune support, and improving cognition.
If you are missing one of these components, your health will be suboptimal. It is not a coincidence that cancers begin occurring as your hormone levels drop. The aging process begins because of the decline in hormones. Optimizing them is the foundation of health.
If you suffer from headaches, autoimmune disorders, or gut issues, the root cause is oftentimes found in an altered microbiome. Fix the gut and fix many chronic health conditions.
Metabolic disorders are directly associated with 13 cancers. It’s not about whether you fit in your jeans or not; visceral fat contributes to significant health issues such as inflammation, fatty liver disease, diabetes, dementia, cancer, and more.
We target your visceral fat percentage. Many treatments can dramatically reduce visceral fat, which can help reverse many unhealthy conditions, such as fatty liver, diabetes, and more.
As you age, your immunity deteriorates, but what if you could maintain a strong immune system? When your immune system is activated, your body is stressed and inflamed. We also treat difficult infections like chronic Lyme and Long COVID with peptide therapy and other medical advances.
Cognitive enhancement is also a huge part of our program. Working on hormones, gut, and metabolic conditions can improve cognition. However, we also leverage cognitive enhancers to reduce brain fog, anxiety, and even ADHD.

How Does Advanced Longevity Testing Work?
Comprehensive Labs
Comprehensive lab testing with over 50 biomarkers offers an in-depth health assessment by evaluating a wide range of critical indicators, including hormones, inflammation markers, lipid levels, metabolic health, liver and kidney function, and essential vitamins and minerals.
Our extensive analysis provides a holistic view of the body’s physiological state, helping to detect potential imbalances, early signs of disease, or areas needing improvement. By gathering detailed insights from multiple biomarkers, healthcare providers can create highly personalized wellness plans, targeting specific areas to enhance vitality, prevent illness, and support optimal health.
GI Mapping + Zonulin
GI Mapping with Zonulin Testing provides a comprehensive analysis of gut health by examining digestive markers, pathogens, and microbial balance while measuring zonulin, a key protein that regulates intestinal permeability.
Elevated zonulin levels suggest a “leaky gut,” where weakened intestinal walls allow unwanted substances to enter the bloodstream, potentially leading to inflammation, immune dysregulation, and increased risk of autoimmune, allergic, and digestive conditions. This combined testing approach gives healthcare providers a complete view of gut function, enabling personalized interventions to restore balance, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellness.
Micronutrient Testing
Micronutrient testing is a diagnostic tool that evaluates an individual’s levels of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, and other vital nutrients at a cellular level. Unlike standard blood tests that only assess nutrient levels in the bloodstream, micronutrient testing provides insights into long-term nutrient status and cellular absorption.
Our testing can identify deficiencies contributing to symptoms like fatigue, weakened immunity, poor mental clarity, or chronic health issues. Healthcare providers can tailor dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations to optimize health, support immunity, and enhance overall wellness by pinpointing specific nutrient imbalances.
Prodrome Scan
The ProdromeScan™ is a cutting-edge diagnostic tool designed to identify key biochemical deficiencies and imbalances. It provides a comprehensive assessment by reporting over 40 different biomarker levels, offering detailed insights into the critical biochemical systems within the body.
Additionally, ProdromeScan™ evaluates current plasmalogen levels and the body’s ability to produce them, allowing for a deep understanding of cellular health and potential areas for intervention to optimize wellness and prevent disease.
Epigenetic Testing
Two state-of-the-art epigenetic tests—TruAge and TruHealth—combined into a powerful kit that provides a view of your body’s health covering the full spectrum and unlike any other.
Measure more than 225 biomarkers for a clear picture of how rapidly you’re aging. Also covers nutrition and includes a biological systems performance assessment indicating how and where you can improve. Requires only a single finger prick for both tests.
Metabolic Analysis
Metabolic analysis is an in-depth evaluation of the body’s metabolic functions, assessing how efficiently it converts food into energy and manages critical processes like fat and carbohydrate metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and mitochondrial function.
This testing often includes measurements of resting metabolic rate, energy expenditure, and levels of key metabolites, hormones, and enzymes that influence metabolic health. By identifying inefficiencies or imbalances, metabolic analysis helps individuals understand factors contributing to issues like weight gain, fatigue, and insulin resistance.

Q.3. I have an "XYZ" condition; can you help me?
The short answer is yes. It doesn’t matter what condition you have – labeled or unlabeled. The root cause of most diseases comes from hormone deficiency, poor gut health, and metabolic dysfunction. Any condition you have has a strong possibility of responding to corrections in these areas.
In addition, we work with many research peptides and biologics that have the potential to amplify results. There are hundreds of peptides out there that can help in conditions like Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, autoimmune diseases, Lyme, Long COVID, and more.
Q.4. How long is your program?
Our program is a year-long because finding the treatment plan you respond to best can take that long. You didn’t develop health conditions overnight; solving them takes time. Because we work with individuals instead of populations, finding the exact regimen that works for you may take longer.
Our therapies work, but your unique body composition, genetics, and environmental exposures alter how you respond to treatments. During the course of the year, we will work to find your best treatment plan.
Q.5. How are you different from traditional medicine?
We base our treatments on the strongest and most recent advancements in medicine and science.
Everything we do is evidence-based, with a proven track record of success.
Unfortunately, new treatments take about 15-20 years to become part of mainstream medicine’s algorithms. We think that is too long to wait for medicine to catch up.
Advancements are made every year, and it’s vital to stay on top of them. For instance, 15-20 years ago, we knew virtually nothing about cellular health.
Today, we know that the proper peptides and nutrients can influence hundreds of pathways to improve health. There are so many better ways to treat diabetes and chronic disease than when I went to school in 2000.
Therefore, many of the medications and treatment options we offer are not routinely provided in a traditional medical office. Because we are not tied to insurance company dictates, we can customize treatment plans.
In traditional medicine, providers are strongly discouraged from deviating from the algorithm even if it doesn’t fit the patient.
We also use advanced testing modalities to understand individual cellular health and make targeted recommendations, from supplements to medications to any procedures that you may need.
Q.6. What is your experience level?
Dr. Harris worked as a nurse practitioner for 25 years. She specialized in neurosurgery and orthopedic medicine.
She saw intimately the connection between the brain injury and the havoc it caused on the endocrine system and the gut. Now, she works preventatively to manage the gut and the endocrine system to optimize the brain. The connections are so intertwined, yet they are rarely addressed simultaneously.
Conventional medicine is siloed into hundreds of subspecialties, but you, as a person, are a complex being. Your systems cannot be siloed or dealt with as distinct entities.
What you do to one body part, organ, or system impacts so many others. Dr. Harris takes a functional, holistic approach to health. I also incorporate your beliefs and respect your boundaries with health.
There is no pressure to adopt one therapy over the other. There are many ways to achieve health success, and we are open to finding what works for you specifically.

Brands We Love & Trust
I don’t know about you, but we’ve been super frustrated trying to find brands that are eco conscious and use non-toxic, non cancerous ingredients. I never realized how difficult it was to find brands that fit these criteria. Is it really that much to ask that known carcinogens aren’t placed in our skin care products?
After a long, hard search, we are thrilled to share with you our curated partners who go above our expectations.
