Reduce Symptoms of Menopause Reverse Aging With Hormone Optimization
We experience a significant decline in hormones after the age of 35. Optimizing hormones back to when you were 20-30 has incredible health benefits and can reduce symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, joint pain, erectile dysfunction, hair loss and much more.
Do You Suffer From
Did you know all of these symptoms may be rooted in a lack of hormones that we experience after the age of 40?
Fatigue
Feeling perpetually tired, regardless of rest or sleep, a classic sign of hormonal imbalance
Weight Gain
Struggling with weight gain or inability to lose weight, despite no changes in diet and exercise efforts
Pain
Nerve pain, joint pain, muscle pain – all have hormonal components
Insomnia
Lack of estrogen in men and women can make it difficult to stay asleep through the night.
Apathy
Lack of testosterone in men and women can lead to apathy, lack of motivation and lack of focus.
Depression
New onset depressive symptoms can often times be managed with hormone replacement alone.
Diagnose
If hormone imbalance is identified, we can discuss ways to optimize your hormone levels.
Optimize
We can optimize in many different ways including creams, patches and pellets placed under the skin.
Common Symptoms of Hormone Imbalance
When hormone production levels decline as we age, unwanted symtpoms can occur such as:
Insomnia
Night Sweats
Weight Gain
Moodiness
Foggy-Minded
Depression
Anxiety
Low Sex Drive
Hot Flashes
The key to optimized health is to optimize hormones
The balancing of hormones slows down aging significantly, while eliminating symptoms associated with loss of hormones.
Testosterone
Estrogen
Master regulator of brain, protects from neurodegenerative conditions, colon cancer, regulates collagen, the microbiome, insulin and shreds fat.
Progesterone
Regulates sleep, anxiety, irritability, response to stress, tempers. We think of it as the calming hormone that allows us to relax.
Consult
The process begins with a medical consultation, where a healthcare professional evaluates your health history and discusses your symptoms.
Lab Testing
This initial step is crucial to determine if hormone therapy is suitable for you. Following the consultation, lab work is conducted to analyze your hormone levels.
These tests are essential to provide a clear picture of your hormonal balance, guiding the potential therapy plan. It’s important to note that hormone therapy is not guaranteed after these steps.
Qualification
The decision to proceed depends on the consultation and lab results. Additionally, the cost of hormone therapy, if deemed appropriate, is separate and not included in the initial consultation and lab work fees. This process ensures a thorough and personalized approach to your health care.

Success Story
The Key To Reverse Aging Is Hormone Optimization
Jen C.
Since starting hormone optimization, I have been able to sleep through the night. I get at least 6-8 hrs, which is a huge improvement on the 4 hours I am used to. I also have more energy and overall just feel great. I look better at 52 than I did in my 30s.

FAQs
What is BioIdentical Hormone Therapy?
It’s a form of hormone replacement that uses creams, patches or pellets made from natural, plant-based hormones identical to those produced by the human body.
Do women need testosterone?
Yes! Testosterone is the most abundant, biologically active hormone in women. It is essential for physical and mental health and well-being. Testosterone at therapeutic levels does not have a masculinizing effect on females, does not cause hoarseness or vocal cord changes. The safety of non-oral testosterone is well established. It is cardiac protective, breast protective and does not affect the liver. Testosterone therapy decreases anxiety, irritability and aggression.
Do you block estrogen in men?
Are there any studies on BHRT?
Who is eligible for hormone therapy?
Any one with symptoms or very low testosterone is eligible for BHRT. However, most candidates are between 40-90. Increased testosterone can decrease sperm motility temporarily, so it is not advised for men who are actively trying to start a family. We have seen patients as young as 18 be treated successfully with BHRT for severe depression. We do not treat pregnant women due to lack of studies available in this patient population. If you have prostate or breast cancer, please talk to your oncologist about BHRT. We can treat you with these conditions, but it will require coordination and cooperation with your team.
What are the benefits of testosterone therapy?
Improvements in sexual function, strength, protein synthesis, physical function, cholesterol, bone density, cardio protective, and studies suggest testosterone is protective for breast and prostate cancers.
When should I start BHRT?
Women need to start BHRT within 10 years of the onset of menopause or they will potentially lose the health benefits such as cardio protection and protection from the risk of dementia. Studies have shown that within 3 years of the onset of menopause, the female brain starts to show radiographical changes that may lead to clinical dementia within as little as 10 years. The brain has many estrogen receptors and when estrogen plummets, those receptors stop working and the neuronal connections they manage disappear as well. For extensive reading on the female brain in menopause read The Menopause Brain by Dr. Lisa Mosconi
Is this a lifelong therapy?
It is a lifestyle commitment. To maintain the health benefits and protection of hormone therapy, consistent therapy is required. You can stop hormone therapy at any time if you would like, but the body does not store hormones and after the age of 50 very little is made. Therefore a lack of hormones may accelerate the aging process once stopped.

Brands We Love & Trust
I don’t know about you, but we’ve been super frustrated trying to find brands that are eco conscious and use non-toxic, non cancerous ingredients. I never realized how difficult it was to find brands that fit these criteria. Is it really that much to ask that known carcinogens aren’t placed in our skin care products?
After a long, hard search, we are thrilled to share with you our curated partners who go above our expectations.
