Refund Policy
At Philly Wellness Center, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience during your visit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we kindly request your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment online by calling us at 215-709-9710.
Cancellation Notice: To qualify for a full refund, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. This fee covers half the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for any refund.
Consideration: Please understand that a no call/no show deprives others of the opportunity to benefit from our exceptional care. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to give a 24-hour notice whenever possible.
