Cancellation Policy:
- 24+ Hours’ Notice: Canceling with at least 24 hours’ notice qualifies for a full refund.
- Between 12-24 Hours’ Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost applies. This fee includes a portion of the service cost and a restocking charge.
- Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice: Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment.
