By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

Description of Service

Philly Wellness Center is a multifaceted wellness service in Central City Philadelphia, PA specializing in skin treatment, weight loss, and energy management. Utilizing UV light therapy, we address skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, loss of pigmentation, and red vein removal, offering a comprehensive approach to skincare. Additionally, our services extend to weight management with semaglutide, Lipb-12 injections, and energy optimization through bioidentical hormone therapy. With innovative solutions like Thermavein for red vein removal and UVB light-based NAD+ photo aging treatments, we aim to rejuvenate skin affected by sun damage, wrinkles, and aging, while also providing dedicated weight loss and energy management solutions.

Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience at Philly Wellness Center. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 215-709-9710.

Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at Philly Wellness Center.

Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund.

When you submit an appointment, you also agree to receive communications from Philly Wellness Center – we will never spam you or sell your information.

These Linked Sites are not under the control of Philly Wellness Center, and we are not responsible for their content. Inclusion of these links does not imply our endorsement or association. Philly Wellness Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.phillywellnesscenter.com is offered.
