Comprehensive diagnostics, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and longevity care for people who want answers, not maintenance.
Integrative Medicine Philadelphia
Start With a Better Question
We open every visit with one question: why aren’t your cells doing their job? Let our team walk you through what happens once we find the answer.

How We Practice
At Philly Wellness Center, integrative medicine means we look at your body as a whole before treating any single part of it. She starts with comprehensive labs and a real conversation about your health history, sleep, stress, and what you actually eat. Then, she creates a plan that pulls from hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, nutrition, and targeted lifestyle work. Dr. Catie Harris opened this practice on South Street in 2023, after perimenopause flattened her energy and conventional care failed to help. That is what integrative medicine in Philadelphia looks like when practiced by someone who needed it herself.

Why We Practice Integrative Medicine
Philadelphia has known Catie Harris, PhD, MBA, RN, as a wellness practitioner since 2020. She opened Philly Wellness Center in 2023 for a personal reason. Perimenopause changed her weight, her energy, and how she felt about herself. She started a GLP-1, but losing the weight brought a second surprise: loose skin. The aesthetics side of this practice grew directly out of that.
Precision, Regeneration, Longevity
These 3 words run our practice. Precision, because guessing is slow and expensive. Regeneration, because tissue that can heal should get the chance. And longevity, because we plan past the next 6 months.
How a Plan Comes Together
Every plan starts with comprehensive diagnostics, which we break down with you to determine the best next step of care. Dr. Harris develops a plan that might include hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, regenerative treatments, like PRP, SoftWave, IV therapy, nutrition coaching, or the aesthetic work that helps the outside match how you feel inside. Most services begin with a consultation, and that fee can be applied toward your treatment.
The Teaching Half
Patient education is part of what we do. Dr. Harris reads the research, records what she learns on her podcast, RESET, and hosts a monthly webinar for anyone who wants to understand their own biology. Clients tell us they came in for one thing and left understanding much more.
What We Stand On
Research-Based
Every protocol traces back to published research. If we cannot show you why something works, we do not recommend it.
Relationship-Focused
You are not a 15-minute time slot. Come in for Xeomin, leave having talked through your sleep and your labs.
The Body Knows Best
Your body is usually telling you the truth. Our job is to read the signal correctly to ensure it’s understood.
Care From a Medical Expert
Every material, device, and formula that we offer in office and on our shelves has a history of safety and efficacy.

Where We Focus
Women’s hormone therapy, testosterone replacement, and menopause treatment, dosed from your labs and adjusted as your body changes.
PRP, Softwave, and pain-focused regenerative work, alongside injectables, resurfacing, and body contouring.
Your First Visit
A consultation at Philly Wellness Center for integrative medicine in Philadelphia, or any service, runs longer than you might expect. We gather information other providers may not consider when developing your comprehensive care plan.
Expect questions about sleep, stress, digestion, energy, and what your days actually look like. We take comprehensive labs, so you leave with a plan you understand.
