Her Story
At 45, her symptoms arrived all at once. Motivation gone. Irritated by everything and everyone. Joint pain, low libido, depleted energy. Dr. Catie had worked in healthcare for over 20 years and still struggled to recognize that these symptoms had a cause, and that the cause had a name.
Perimenopause changed her weight, her energy, and her self-image. She started a GLP-1, but losing the weight brought her a second realization: skin changes too, which is how the aesthetics side of her practice began.
Dr. Catie opened Philly Wellness Center in 2023. Now in her 50s, she will tell you plainly that she feels and looks better than she did at 45. That experience is why working with Dr. Catie Harris in Philadelphia starts with the cause of the symptom, rather than the symptom itself.

The Path Here
Dr. Catie Harris runs her Philadelphia practice with 25 years of experience, 3 master’s degrees in nursing, a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Drexel.
Before the clinic, she worked in neurosurgery, built stroke centers, directed a nurse practitioner program, taught at Jefferson College of Nursing as an associate professor, and worked as interim director of advanced practice fellowships at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Catie wrote the book on IV therapy. Infusion Mastery is a working guide to nutrients, amino acids, and peptides, and she went on to create the Certified IV Practitioner credential now held by other clinicians.
She has also written Mito Kitchen to help people understand the complexities of food and the confusion around what is supposedly good for us and not.

RESET Podcast
RESET is a systems-biology approach that asks what your body needs to function, adapt, repair, and recover—rather than simply asking what disease you have. Dr. Harris explains that the body isn’t broken; it’s adapting, changing how we think about health.
